Terms
Our terms are Net 30 days with established credit.
All prices are FOB shipping point unless indicated otherwise.
Sales tax will be assessed where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars except where indicated.
Freight
Transportation charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate line. Orders shipped by motor freight will be shipped freight collect or Prepaid and add.
Shipping
We endeavor to ship items to you within 24 hours, in the most efficient, least costly way possible. In most instances, catalog items are shipped by FedEx, UPS or a carrier of your designation. Larger shipments usually go by truck. FedEx, UPS and air shipments have strict regulations and limitations on what’s acceptable. Some carriers impose a surcharge on all items designated "hazardous".
A special packaging charge will be added for certain hazardous items shipped byUPS, FedEx or by air. This packaging is needed to meet DOT, IATA and/or carrier requirements.

Shipments will be arranged as per customer instructions.
If there are no customer instructions, the most economical shipping method will be used on an FOB basis.
All orders are subject to and will be shipped according to federal regulations.
Damages
All packages should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
Any shortages or damages should be indicated on the packing list.
Contact LabChem customer service with damages or problems.
Quality
All products are guaranteed to meet specifications.
Certificates of Analysis or Conformance and MSDS's are available upon request.
Rush Shipments
Please call to confirm that we have the item in stock and if it can go by air.
Orders received by 2PM EST will go out the same day.
Returns
Items returned through customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items returned that are not meeting specifications or as an error by LabChem will be replaced or credited on a no charge basis.
Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products will meet our specifications for the duration of the shelf life unless otherwise specified. Liability is limited to either a no-charge replacement or a refund of the purchase price. All information in the catalog and any statements made by LabChem personnel are believed to be accurate but are presented without warranty of any kind.
Use of Products
LabChem products are for laboratory, pilot plant and manufacturing use only. They are not intended for food, drug or household use.
