Product Notification
In the interest of protecting the ozone layer and complying with the Montreal Protocol, LabChem has changed the formulation of the Diphenylthiocarbazone Solution, Catalog # LC13688-2, replacing Carbon Tetrachloride, an Ozone – Depleting Substance, with Chloroform. The reformulated product also meets the requirements for use in the NF27 Heavy Metal test for Dimethicone.

Raw materials used in LabChem products are of the highest quality appropriate to the final product. For most items, raw materials meet or exceed specifications established by the American Chemical Society. Final quality is traceable to NIST standard reference materials where appropriate. Certificates of Analysis and MSDS documentation are available for all our products. LabChem has been ISO9001 Certified since 1994.
Manufacturing, quality control testing and packaging are performed in LabChem's own facilities. Record keeping and retention samples of all lots produced ensure product consistency and complete traceability.
